Products and ordering
Review the selected product type, color, size, quantity and delivery address before paying. Garment measurements differ by product type; consult the Size Guide. Screen colors and mockups may vary from the physical item. You must be legally able to place the order or have the appropriate permission.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. If a product is unavailable, a payment fails or an obvious listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you to resolve the issue or refund any affected payment. We will not replace an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.
Prices and payments
Product prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). The selected garment and size determine the product price. Shipping, discounts and any taxes collected by the store are itemized at checkout before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion charges. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
We sell to the United States, Canada and European Union destinations supported at checkout. Read our Shipping Policy for processing times, rates and delivery estimates. Check your delivery details carefully. If an order is delayed or lost, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Changes, returns and refunds
Email support as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. We will help where production and fulfillment still allow it. Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day voluntary return window, return postage, manufacturing errors and refund timing. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable EU withdrawal and defective-goods rights, remain available and take priority over any more restrictive store term.
Custom designs and website use
If you provide a design or other content, you must have the rights needed for us to use it to fulfill your request. Do not use the site to submit unlawful content, interfere with service or access another customer's information. Product artwork and website content may not be copied or resold without the rights holder's permission.
Privacy and disputes
Our Privacy Policy explains customer information and cookie choices. For an order concern, contact support with the order number and relevant details. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude. Updates apply prospectively; the terms and policies applicable to an existing order remain subject to your statutory rights.
