Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after processing. Canada and EU delivery is estimated at 7–14 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates; customs, carrier disruptions and high-volume periods may cause delays. Contact support@bravewear.net if delivery is taking longer than expected.

Taxes and international deliveries
Any taxes collected by BraveWear are itemized at checkout. Cross-border shipments may be subject to local import VAT, duties or carrier clearance charges that are separate from the shipping price. Canada/EU customers are responsible for these import VAT, duty and carrier clearance charges when they are not collected at checkout. They are not included in the shipping rate. Your local customs authority or carrier determines the amount; contact us before ordering if you need help understanding delivery charges.
Tracking, addresses and delivery problems
When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email used at checkout. You can also use Track Order. Contact us promptly if your address is incorrect, your parcel is missing or delivery is significantly delayed. If an order contains separately fulfilled items, they may arrive in separate parcels. Keep packaging and photos if a parcel arrives damaged.
