Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing details, order contents and support messages. Our systems also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs. If you submit a review, its display name and review content may be published.
How we use information
We use order information to take payment, produce and deliver purchases, provide tracking, handle returns and support, prevent fraud and maintain accounting records. We use a newsletter signup to send the updates you request. You can unsubscribe using a link in a marketing email or by contacting support. Checkout reminders are optional and require selecting the reminder option at checkout.
Payments and service providers
Payment details entered into a payment provider's secure fields are handled by that provider. Depending on the checkout method offered, this may be PayPal, Stripe or PingPong. We receive payment references and status needed to manage the order. We share the details needed to provide the service with payment, printing and fulfillment providers, delivery carriers, hosting and email providers. Authorities may receive information where legally required. A payment provider's own privacy notice applies to information it processes directly.
Cookies, browser storage and choices
We use browser storage for shopping carts, selected preferences and security or account features. These are needed for the functions you request. Optional usage measurement and advertising tools, including Google Analytics when configured and Meta Pixel, load only after you choose to allow optional cookies. They may collect browsing events and device information to measure traffic and advertising.
Choose Essential only to browse and buy without these optional tools. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is kept in this browser for six months. Global Privacy Control is treated as a request to disable optional advertising and measurement. Clearing browser storage removes locally saved preferences and cart information.
Legal grounds and international processing
Where applicable, we process order information to perform our contract with you, accounting information to meet legal obligations, security information for our legitimate interest in protecting the store, and optional marketing or cookie data on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Our store and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ. Contact us for information about relevant providers and transfer safeguards for your order.
Retention
We keep order and payment-reference records as needed to fulfill purchases, deal with returns and disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Support information is retained for the support purpose and relevant disputes. Marketing preferences are retained until changed or withdrawn, with a suppression record where needed to honor an unsubscribe request. Local cart information stays in your browser until it is cleared or removed. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion of a specific record.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Send requests to support@bravewear.net; we may verify identity before disclosing information. Some records must be kept for legal reasons. EU residents may complain to their local data protection authority; Canadian residents may contact their applicable privacy commissioner. If you have a concern, contact us so we can address it.
Children and policy updates
The store is intended for adults making purchases. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us. We will post changes to this policy here with an updated date and request fresh consent where required for a new use of information.
