Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they are:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With original tags attached and in original packaging
• Not marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom / personalized designs (name, number, department logo printed to order)
• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Gift cards
• Items returned after 30 days or showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

How to start a return

1. Email support@firefighterstore.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label (US orders) and a return authorization number.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any USPS location.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3–5 days transit), we'll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. The refund goes back to the original payment method used at checkout:

• Credit / debit cards — 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement (depends on your bank).
• PayPal — usually instant, up to 24 hours.
• Store credit — issued immediately and can be used right away.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free within the 30-day window. When you request the return, just let us know what you'd like instead and we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original. If the new item costs more, we'll email an invoice for the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the original.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us before shipping so we can provide return instructions. Duties and import taxes paid are non-refundable.
