How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard US shipping takes an additional 5–8 business days (total 7–11 days door-to-door). Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and most major countries. International orders typically arrive in 10–20 business days. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Is shipping free?
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.99.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. You can also track any order on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't entered production yet (usually within 12 hours of placement), we can cancel or modify it. Email us ASAP at support@firefighterstore.com with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe, as well as PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never store credit card information on our servers — all payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and used by millions of trusted online stores.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with applicable US state laws.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. See our full Return Policy for details.
How do I request a return?
Email support@firefighterstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Absolutely. Exchanges are free within the 30-day window. Let us know the new size/color when you request the return, and we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return (3–5 days transit), refunds are issued within 2 business days. Credit card refunds take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

📏 Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Our shirts fit true to standard US unisex sizing. Each product page has a size chart with exact chest and length measurements in inches. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.
What's the difference between Classic Tee, Premium Crewneck, and Heavyweight Hoodie?
Classic Tee — 5.3 oz, 100% cotton. Lightweight everyday fit.
Premium Crewneck — 5.5 oz, ring-spun cotton. Softer hand, slightly tailored fit.
Long Sleeve Classic — Same as Classic Tee with long sleeves.
Heavyweight Hoodie — 9 oz blended fleece. Warm, durable, with kangaroo pocket.
Fleece Sweatshirt — 8 oz blended fleece, no hood. Crewneck style.
Do shirts shrink after washing?
All our shirts are pre-shrunk, but expect minor (2–3%) shrinkage if washed in hot water or tumble-dried on high. Wash cold, dry low for best longevity.

🎨 Product & Print Quality

How are the designs printed?
All designs use premium DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing on 100% ring-spun cotton. Prints are soft to the touch, breathable, and won't crack, peel, or fade with proper care.
How should I care for my BraveWear apparel?
Turn inside out. Machine wash cold with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not bleach. With this care, prints last hundreds of washes.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We do custom designs for departments, families, and memorials. Email support@firefighterstore.com with your design idea and quantity. Minimum 10 units.

Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.

Do you offer discounts for active/retired firefighters?
Yes — first responders get 10% off every order. Email us a copy of your ID or department credentials and we'll send you a permanent discount code.
